I ordered the screen on Saturday morning and received it Wednesday afternoon. I saved myself $150 by easily following the YouTube tutorial. My only complaint falls on my own behalf, which is that I must have disconnected something for the webcam, as it no longer works. Again, entirely my fault :P. All in all, great product, great service, you can't have it better!
Also the tool kit is definitely worth the extra $10 or so.
