The laptop replacement screen I ordered arrived in just a few days and all of the tools needed to complete the installation were also included. The online video tutorial was extremely helpful. My laptop works great again. Very happy with my purchase.

The shipping took awhile. But it was fairly easy to take off and re-put on. Except aligning the small screws back on. But I'm re-using my laptop again. Thanks!

I ordered my sony Vaio laptop screen and within 7 days (international order)I had it at my post office. The tools the package came with were great and within 20 minutes i had on my new screen. I received my order two days later during the busy Christmas rush: on time and without any problems. Installation was quick and easy, best buy wanted to charge me an evaluation fee and they would've taken 2 weeks with it and me LOTS of $$! THAT WAS until I checked out this great site and decided to order a replacement and do it myself. I cannot thank ScreenSurgeons.com enough!
